Construction News & Review Reports: Todd Weaver of Legacy Building Group, Shannon Weber of the Carpenters' District Council of St. Louis and Vicinity, and David Zimmerman of Local 36 of the Sheet Metal Workers International Association are among the members of the newly created Tax Credit Review Commission that will review Missouri's 61 tax credit programs.
