SIOR Honors DeSantis & Fox at Spring Conference

Dennis G. DeSantis, SIOR, CRE and Christopher R. Fox, SIOR, CCIM of Gateway Commercial, Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, were recently recognized by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) during its Spring World Conference in Scottsdale, AZ, for their achievements in real estate cooperative transactions. The SIOR Cooperative Transaction Awards honor SIOR members who have completed significant deals with at least one other SIOR member within the award year. DeSantis and Fox won the category of Largest Dollar Volume Transaction in Office properties along with Lynn B. Schenck, SIOR, of Jones Lang LaSalle in St. Louis, Mo., for collaborative efforts in conducting a 46,887 square foot, $23,308,934 transaction.
More than 400 SIORs reported Cooperative Transactions in 2010, with a total dollar volume in excess of $1,217,952,000 for all reported transactions. That sum is just a fraction of the total business done by SIOR members around the world. Seventeen cooperating SIOR members were honored individually for their accomplishments in the following eight different cooperative transactions award categories.
