Commercial real estate education is promoted both to increase skill sets as well as to meet the Missouri Continuing Education requirements every 2 years. Education can be gained through courses offered by the Institute Affiliate organizations and held locally or through the Commercial Division.

focused courses, with registration information.

Commercial Continuing Education Instructors Wanted
Every two (2) years the Missouri Continuing Education Renewal period expires.
The ability to offer Commercial Courses is limited by the number of Commercial
Instructors. If you are interested in writing or teaching a course with a
Commercial Real Estate focus please contact the Commercial Division at

Quadrennial REALTOR® Ethics Training
Use the link below to access the on-line Quadrennial REALTOR® Ethics Training course developed by the National Association of REALTORS®.
The course meets all learning objectives and criteria for the Quadrennial Ethics Training Policy (Policy Statement 48, NAR Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual).
Second Training Cycle (January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2008): This course has been updated from the course offered during the first training cycle
(January 1, 2001 to December 31, 2004) by including all recent policy changes/additions; adding new content, part of which are new case studies in
lessons 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11; and changing the final exam.
Residential and Commercial Practitioners: The course offers the ability to customize the content for members working in either residential
or commercial real estate. When registering you'll be asked to choose the appropriate course track, residential or commercial.
